In the winter collection 2010-11, Herno still displays its most characteristic feature: the use of precious and natural materials in combination to ensure traditional Italian pieces with an impeccable English influence.
The star garment of the season is the Herno Flexy Down, the first jacket in the world made in a bi-stretch fabric of exceptional elasticity. A jacket that also ensures a perfect fit, distinguished by its elegance and sophistication thanks to the silk finish.
The Italian company has developed three models of the classic coat: in cashmere for the most sophisticated; double-sided, combining the Prince of Wales print with nylon for those seeking a casual chic look; and finally in Zipout technology, an innovative system with zipper.
This winter Herno surprises us with garments inspired by Eskimos from Alaska without leaving the British style that characterizes the fashion house. Thus, among other models, we find pure wool coats or pea coats made in soft angora tartan wool or Melton wool. The palette ranges from sophisticated earth tones to Barolo red, forest green and the classics black, gray and navy.
In short, a collection of jackets that give expression to what Herno knows better that anyone: a classic “on the road” style.
